Inkling Plotter is a small print studio in Singapore. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- When you buy a print: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- When you request a custom print: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, any photo you upload, and what you tell us about your idea.
- When you email or message us: whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
Only to make and deliver your order, to work with you on a custom print, and to answer your questions. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop:
- Stripe, to take payments.
- Resend, to deliver custom-request emails to us.
- Railway, which hosts this website.
- Postal and courier services, to deliver your print.
Some of these services store data outside Singapore. They're bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Photos and details from custom requests are deleted once the request is finished or declined, unless you agree to let us keep them.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart and chosen shipping region are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back; they never leave your device until you check out.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted (where we don't need to keep it by law). Email our data protection contact at hello@inklingplotter.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
